Curtis Homes Goes Modern

In the last year Curtis Homes has built several modern homes with dramatic roof lines, dark moody blues and flat paneled cabinets. The homes most recently built in Hood River and Sisters, Oregon show-off the floor plans of Muddy River Design. The first modern home finished in 2020 was a Mid-Century Modern in Hood River, OR Gilbert Neighborhood. The modern beauty, painted Emily Curtis’ new favorite paint color Iron-Ore, finished out the Gilbert Neighborhood. The homes special feature is a bonus apartment or ADU in the downstairs of the home.

The second modern home of 2020 was built in Log Cabin Lane, another neighborhood by Legacy Development. The home boasts a beautiful upstairs balcony to capture the Mt. Adams views! The modern garage, black windows and dark trimmed windows make this modern design a favorite by many. This home was the most favorited/liked home on social media in September!

Finishing off the modern homes of 2020 is a home designed custom for Clear Pine lot 42 by Muddy River Design. The home’s modern features continue inside with dramatic roof lines, upper windows and vaulted ceilings. The modern marvel has several eye-popping custom feature walls that add contrast from the modern white walls.
