Experienced Equipment Operator: We are looking for an experienced equipment operator, specifically someone that can operate an excavator for home construction, installation of utilities and roads etc. Applicants must have a valid license, good driving record, reliable transportation and a cell phone. We are looking for someone who will be team oriented, professional, dependable, detail oriented, able to work independently and efficiently and who will provide quality workmanship. The right applicant will also be a problem solver, motivated, have a positive attitude and able to effectively communicate with other team members and supervisors. Experienced Framer: We are looking for experienced framers. Specifically framers with experience in reading plans, over framing and wall layout.
