What to do in Hood River this summer?!

Hood River and the surrounding areas offer a plethora of events. Below are only a few of the summer fun options.   First Friday’s Downtown- Every first Friday in downtown Hood River the shops stay open later for shoppers.  The streets remain open, but there is music, events and fun happening downtown. Gorge Grown’s Farmers Market, Every Thursday 4-7pm- The local market is a fun place to grab fresh produce, fruit, honey, listen to local music, and eat yummy dinner like Solstice wood fire pizza. The Market is open from now until – November 20 Location: Hood River Middle School 1602 May St., Hood River, Gorge Blues & Brews Festival, June 20- Truly a treat for all the senses, eat, drink and listen to fantastic music in Stevenson, Washington. 4th of July in Hood River- Morning Parade, Fireman’s BBQ and ice cream in Jackson Park and fireworks on the water front in the evening.  The Fourth of July in Hood River is small-town charm at it’s best! (Click the link for event details) 15th Annua Founder’s Cup Golf Tournament, Aug 2- Columbia Gorge Community College Foundation and Columbia State Bank present the golf tournament at Indian Creek.
